Cancellations made until 9:30 PM on the day before the tour will be refunded less $6.00/person as a cancellation fee.

No changes can be made. Please cancel your reservation and make it again. In that case, a fee will be charged according to the case of cancellation.

We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies.

The weather always changes and other conditions may change.

Because of the natural things involved we have a NO Refund policy.

We cannot guarantee you will see the Aurora, it is a natural phenomenon and impossible to predict with 100% accuracy.)
