Pick up service – Reservation required

Only major hotels listed on the booking page

  • $130 per person

  • Children ages 0‐15　 $110/child

  • Two adults minimum required.

  • The restroom is located indoors.

  • Viewing fee is included. Pick-up at Fairbanks area hotel around 9:30pm* with return to the hotel approximately between 2:45am and 3:00am (leave the lodge at 2:00 am).

  • *Pick up time will vary between about 9:15pm-10:00pm based on hotel location.We will send you the pick-up time via text message around 4:00 pm on the day of the tour.

Limited Capacity

※Option 2 – Reservation required

Self drive / Rental car / taxi 

  • $45 per person for viewing fee 

  • Children ages 0-15  $35/child

  • Two-adult minimum required. 

  • We are open from 10:30pm to 2am.

  • Transportation is not included. You need to make your own arrangements to get to our lodge.

<FLEXIBLE POLICY>

For a full refund, reservations must be cancelled 7 days or more prior. 
Cancellations made until 9:30 PM on the day before the tour will be refunded less $10.00/person as a cancellation fee.
Please note: The online booking fee is not refundable.

Cancellations made after 9:30 PM on the day before the tour cannot be refunded.

<CHANGE OF TOUR>

No changes can be made. Please cancel your reservation and make it again. In that case, a fee will be charged according to the case of cancellation.

We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies.

The weather always changes and other conditions may change.

Because of the natural things involved we have a NO Refund policy.

We cannot guarantee you will see the Aurora, it is a natural phenomenon and impossible to predict with 100% accuracy.)
