Option 1 - Pick up Service

Price varies based on pick-up hotel location. Please check the pull-down list on our booking site for pricing details. Viewing fee is included. Pick-up at Fairbanks area hotel around 9:30pm* with return to the hotel approximately between 2:45am and 3:00am (leave the lodge at 2:00 am).
*Pick up time will vary between about 9:20pm-10:00pm based on hotel location.We will send you the pick-up time via text message around 4:00 pm on the day of the tour.

Option 2 - Self Drive

$40 per person for viewing fee
Children ages 0-15 $20/child
Two-adult minimum required.
We are open from 10:30pm to 2am.
Transportation is not included. You need to make your own arrangements to get to our lodge.
It's about a 40-minute drive from downtown Fairbanks.
Due to slippery road conditions in winter, we recommend using an AWD/4WD vehicle.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unforeseen medical emergencies and flight disruptions such as delays or cancellations. Please note that we do not offer refunds in such cases, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

・For a full refund, reservations must be cancelled

7 days or more prior.
・Cancellations made until 9:30 PM on the day before the tour will be refunded less $10.00/person as a cancellation fee.
Please note: The online booking fee is not refundable.

・Cancellations made after 9:30 PM on the day before the tour cannot be refunded.

Option2 -Self drive

・For a full refund, reservations must be cancelled

7 days or more prior.
・Cancellations made until 9:30 PM on the day before the tour will be refunded less $6.00/person as a cancellation fee.

<CHANGE OF TOUR>

No changes can be made. Please cancel your reservation and make it again. In that case, a fee will be charged according to the case of cancellation.

Aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the aurora borealis, as Weather conditions are constantly changing and other conditions may also change. We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies. Even if it snows a little, the tour will not be cancelled because the weather may change. Dangerous weather conditions (heavy snow, icy roads) and emergencies may result in cancellations. Because of the natural things involved we have a NO REFUND policy.

The same cancellation policy applies to cancellations due to flight or train delays.
